Below is the Angus Council Scheme for the Establishment of Community Councils. It is a legal requirement for each local authority in Scotland to produce and review this document periodically, in conjunction with community councils. There are also Schedules and Appendices that you should take a look at.
These documents provide the backbone which allows community councils to function in Angus.
